All items we believe to be 100% original in as found condition from local estates and collections. All of our items are vintage/antique, gently used and will have age appropriate wear unless otherwise stated as new. We describe all items to the best of our ability. Gold karat fineness can vary from -1 to +1 in karat of what it is marked depending on the age of the item and where it was made (for example, marked 14K can go as low as 13K or higher to 15K). Unless gold is marked plumb then it will vary somewhat from the marking on it. Up for your consideration we have a 14k solid yellow gold hunting case U.S. Watch Company, pocket watch # 35918, model 1889, made in 1889, size 6, 11 jewels. The inner dust cover is engraved. The watch runs and looks great. Fabulous inscribed front and back covers. It has a white dial and black hands, light hairline on the dial. The total wight of the watch is 55.6 grams. If you collect the best in pocket watches, this is the one for you. In very good estate found/antique condition with minor wear from age/being worn. May need cleaned polished as desired.
