Welcome to my Fall/Winter clothing auctions! You are looking at a nice sweater from Preswick & Moore in size 1xCondition: EUC – no stains, no tears and no wash wearDescription: Ivory cardigan with front ruffle trim – ribbed trim – 3/4 sleeves – there are 5 hook eye closures on the front – cropped in length Measurements: Bust 46″, length 24″, sleeves 18″, bottom hem roughly 40″ Material Content: 80% wool, 20% cotton Care Instructions: Hand wash and lay flat to dry A little bit about me I operate my small business out of my home. I have been selling on Ebay for 16 years and it helps to provide for my family. I do have a part time job outside of Ebay but I consider Ebay my main job. I am a proud mom to two kids, a 16 year old girl and 6 year old boy. Items come from various sources but are stored in my smoke free, pet free home. So, if you have a pet allergy please error on the side of caution before bidding. I ship quickly and use poly mailers to pack first class mail items and USPS provided shipping envelopes/boxes for priority mail items. I live in Central PA and list items appropriate for our climate. If you receive your order and you are not 100% satisfied please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. My feedback is very important to me and I take my Ebay selling very seriously. By bidding on my item you are entering a binding contract and you agree to all of the terms in this listing! Thank you for taking the time to look at my auction, I do appreciate all of my wonderful customers! I know you have a lot of choices when shopping on Ebay so I am very honored that you chose me! A note about my used clothing items I list well over 100 items per week and do not have the time nor money to launder the items before mailing. Common sense would be to launder any pre-owned item before wearing. USED clothing is just that, USED. The clothes have been washed by the previous owner, they have been worn and they are NOT going to look brand new unless stated. I am only human and do my very best to look over the item thoroughly, I will list any defects that may be present. By defects I mean a missing button, a tear, a stain. I absolutely HATE pilling, especially under the arms, if pilling/wash wear is present it will be mentioned. All zippers are checked and will be in functioning condition. The hems will be looked at as well. The clothing that you will receive may have a loose thread (not loose hem), threads can be easily cut. I will NOT under any circumstance accept a return for a loose thread or threads. Sometimes the seams are overstretched, sometimes a button may be a tad loose, the clothes may be wrinkled, there may be an underam deoderant mark, they may have a fragrance smell. If you need to know anything specific for any of my items please contact me BEFORE bidding. Payment Terms Payment is due within four days after the auction ends. If NO communication is made, Ebay will AUTOMATICALLY open an unpaid item case against you and I cannot stop this unless you contact me with other arrangements! I have had way too many non paying bidders and will be very strict with my payment terms. If payment is not made by day three, Ebay will automatically send you payment reminder. I am willing to work with you if more time is needed but I cannot do that if no communication is made. So please communicate with me if there is a delay with payment! Any problems/questions please contact me. I only accept Paypal payments. Combining Shipping I love to combine shipping!! As long as I am aware that you are bidding on more items of mine I will combine auctions up to a 7 day period! My combined shipping rate to the USA is usually the highest shipping plus 2.00 for each additional auction won. (When bidding on all jackets, jeans or heavy sweaters shipping will VARY). My combined shipping always excludes items that are being shipped using priority mail flat rate envelopes and priority mail padded flat rate envelopes. I will combine these items but at a different varying rate that will be based upon your zipcode and weight of the package. In order to take advantage of my combined shipping rates you MUST wait for a combined invoice from me before paying. I will send an invoice to you promptly but will be unable to refund any shipping costs if you do not wait for that combined invoice. Returns I am starting a new return policy. Items may be returned to me within 30 days if you are not happy with your item. Ebay has implemented a brand new return program, please utitlize it as it is the quickest and most efficient way to handle returns. To start a return just go to your purchase history on your Ebay page and find the item that you would like to return and click the button that says return this item, after that just follow the prompts and I will be notified by Ebay that a return has been started. I mail your item out to you quickly so please be courteous and complete your return quickly as well. Measurements are provided so please refer to them before bidding, I take the time to put measurements in my listing so please take the time to read them. Checking measurements will cut down on the hassle of a return. I will accept a return as long as the item is in its original condition, if the item is new with tags, the tags must still be on the item when it gets returned to me. If the tags are not on the item a return will not be considered! Also, no shipping costs will EVER be refunded, this includes original shipping cost plus the shipping cost of mailing the item back to me. Once I get the return in its original condition, I will refund you for the original purchase price via paypal. No exceptions to this return policy!! Shipping Information within the US Your Item will be shipped within 1 business day (weekends and holidays are not business days) of Payment being received and/or cleared through paypal. No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays! I must wait until an ECHECK clears before shipping, this can take up to two weeks. I ship using USPS and will use first class mail, media mail (if appropriate), and priority mail. Transit times will vary based upon your location and the shipping method that you choose, most of the time it is between 2 -7 business days, I am on the East Coast. Delivery confirmation is included with every US order, your item can be tracked through Ebay and you will get an email from Paypal stating that your order has been shipped. International Shipping I welcome international orders. I participate in the Ebay Global shipping program, the package will be sent to the designated global shipping facility and then to you. International orders vary greatly in transit time based upon location and shipping method please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive, sometimes it is longer.
