Grey plates, copper posts with windmill type dissipaters and halo getter. Manufactured in Werd, Austria in 1956 indicated by the code kM4 A6G3. Properly matched pair, within 4.29% current draw. Amperex is one of the highest quality EL84, right up with Tungsram, Mullard, Telefunken, etc. These tubes are excellent for Vox, Mesa, Budda, Dr. Z, Matchless, Top Hat, Crate, Fender, and especially EL84 hi-fi amplifiers. We fully evaluate every tube to verify they are genuine products, inspect and test them, and perform additional audio testing and burn in time. Tested and matched on both our eTracer and Hickok 800A, with results for mA, Rp, Gm, and Mu.
