These universal stainless steel exhaust band clamps are heavy duty and used for connecting (Tube-into-Tube or Tube-into-muffler). In contrast, the heavy-duty band clamp spreads the load on a much wider area and holds the tube in place without distorting the inner pipe. Available in different sizes from 1.75inch to 3″ sizes. Please ensure there are adequate notches on the tube end to allow clamping down, for a better seal use one of our high-temperature pastes. (no exhaust paste should be used before the catalytic converter). With a grip spacer between the bolts, a good uniform seal is achieved and easy to fit.
