With very low miles and in such great condition, this one is ready to serve your every need for years to come. We have over 1000 positive feedbacks, and have been doing this longer than most. Ok….now for a few details. To the best of our knowledge, this truck has only had one previous owner since new. It was originally owned and operated by Don Schumacher Racing and used to pull their race trailers. If you pay attention at all to car racing of any kind, you’ll notice that the big guys always have the nicest trucks and trailers to get all their cars and equipment to the track. This awesome Freightliner Coronado is certainly no exception. If you’re looking for a great truck with all the right “stuff”, you’d better take note…..this is a great truck in great condition with very low miles that is being offered with no reserve!! Under the cab, sits a very powerful DETROIT DD15 turbo diesel engine rated at 560 horsepower. This engine is very strong and runs great down the road…..it has wonderful power!! We’ve heard many people say that this awesome Detroit Diesel is the main reason they run the Cascadia and Coronado trucks….it’s really that good! Attached to this great powerplant you’ll find an 18-Speed Transmission that shifts just like it should and is perfect for over the road use. The truck fires right up with no shakes or issues and motors down the road like a dream. We took it for a road test the other day and were thoroughly impressed. The front axle is rated at 12,000 lbs, the rears are 20,000 lbs. each, and it sits on a 294″ wheel base that is very convenient for pretty much anything. If there is a certain specification that we have missed, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to provide all the necessary information. Inside you’ll find Dual Air Ride Seats, Power Windows, Air Conditioning, Power Mirrors, and Cruise Control. It also comes with Air Brakes, an Air Ride Suspension, Engine Brake for the hills, and a Power Rear Divider for low traction situations. Behind the seats is a Double Bunk Sleeper that’s powered and heated/cooled by a Thermoking TriPac APU. There are dual Aluminum Fuel Tanks and a Sturdy Lite Tool/Chain Box on the back of the headache rack to keep you organized. You can take a risk somewhere else, or go with the sure thing here at Valley Auto Sport. We honestly can’t say enough good about this truck and have been very impressed. The power is great, the condition is excellent, and it is very evident that the truck has been well serviced, lightly used and is very strong. If you’re in the market for a great used tractor to pull all kinds of different trailers, then you really need to give this serious consideration. The cost of a rig like this, with these kind of great specifications when new was extremely high. We are offering the opportunity to save thousands and thousands of dollars on a truck that is ready to go with very good miles. Obviously you will find a couple marks and chips around from regular use but you won’t find many. There is barely even any surface rust underneath and it was likely stored indoors for most all of its life. Keep in mind that we sell all of our trucks AS-IS, but overall it is in way above average condition and we are proud to be selling it. Inside, the leather seats are in great shape with no holes or tears in the upholstery. Overall we think you will be very impressed by the quality and condition of this big truck. We just had it in to our local shop for a fresh PA State/DOT inspection and it passed with flying colors. The tires are mounted on alloy wheels and are size 275/80 R22.5 (all Michelin) with 70% tread on the front and 80% average on the rears. Listen folks, you will have a hard time finding a higher quality used truck anywhere being sold for less than this. Somebody is going to get a great deal on this truck!!
