They slide freely on nylon rollers, which are better than metal ones as they won’t warp, bend, or rust over time. Vent slides on the drawers allow you to control how much moisture escapes or stays inside, so the texture of food remains perfect right up until it’s time to serve it! Plus, you can set individual temperatures for both drawers, so you can keep different types of food at their ideal temperatures without sacrificing flavor or freshness.An angled touchscreen above the drawers allows you to visually control the temperature inside.
