The hopper charges these Nerf Pro Gelfire rounds to make them glow. Add water to hydrate the rounds, pour them into hopper, then switch on the hopper to make the rounds glow. When fired from Nerf Pro Gelfire blasters, the hydrated soft super absorbent polymer projectiles fire at a high velocity and burst on impact. No need to pick up rounds!
